Cord cutting is the sacred work of tending these ties. Sometimes that means release, letting a cord fall away so the energy it held returns to you. Sometimes it means transformation, softening a connection you wish to keep, honouring what it has been, and making space for it to grow. What that looks like is shaped by you, in the conversation that begins every ritual.

This work is always rooted in free will. It is never done to another person, and it makes no claim on how anyone else feels, responds, or returns. This is about you. Your energy. Your peace. What you are ready to release, or ready to tend. The shift begins and ends within you, which is exactly where your power has always lived.

This is deliberate, sacred work, and it is not entered lightly. Every session begins with a conversation, a space to understand what you are ready for and to know that the timing is truly yours.
